The easiest cholesterol-lowering recipe ever! Who doesn't like chocolate or being healthy?! Do both with this simple recipe.
This is our version of Lamb meatballs! If you do not have all the spices, just use what you have and no one will notice!
Hummm so this year for my really big birthday I had a few conflicted thoughts: What kind of cool, fun, happening, appealing, interesting theme can I do? (so a few peeps show up?)
Whenever we find purple, green or yellow cauliflower we grab it and make an awesome healthy recipe! It's low in calories and packed with protective phytonutrients. I added my favorite thing in the whole world to the Miso dressing: almond butter!
Ok a few things about Paris: most people speak a little English but I would strongly advise to speak a few small words of French: Bonjour (hi), Aurevoir (goodbye) and Merci (thank you) are always greatly appreciated.
What do you do in Paris in December? I'm celebrating a really big birthday this year and I'm deciding what to do to celebrate it the best way possible? I have three answers for you my friends: eat, eat and when you're not hungry anymore you're eating again! This is not a problem for me (A and I really) since it is one of my (our) favorite activities!
"IT'S TURKEY DAY!!!”
I had this hilarious Little postcard with a turkey sitting at a desk and on the phone saying “No, November is a really bad month for me”!
I like the way this gorgeous salad presents in a plate. You can use (instead of peaches) any fruit that are in season. Mango or papaya would be great! Anything bright and healthy works. Its also amazing without any fruits.
So excited to share my FIRST recipe of the week!
As most of you are aware of, I was born and raised in France and a lot of the food I prepare has a somewhat French inspiration with an American twist!
Welcome to my blog! Why am I writing a blog?
