As most of you are aware of, I was born and raised in France (my mom’s side of the family is from Paris and my dad’s side is from Villers Cotterets) and a lot of the food I prepare has a somewhat French inspiration with an American twist! My family used to cook (and I used to as well not knowing any better) heavier, richer and creamier food. Nowadays I focus on Health and I always like to do a “REMAKE” of what people love the most and try to make a Healthier, Easier and Delicious version of it!
