What do you do in Paris in December? I'm celebrating a really big birthday this year and I'm deciding what to do to celebrate it the best way possible? I have three answers for you my friends: eat, eat and when you're not hungry anymore you're eating again! This is not a problem for me (A and I really) since it is one of my (our) favorite activities!

As a few of you might already know I was raised in Paris and I still find it to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world! It is a delight to walk everywhere surrounded with the most beautiful architecture, the Christmas lights and decorations! I don't look very Parisian anymore so most of the Frenchies speak to me in English (and if you think I have a strong French accent I suggest you might think again!!!). I visit fabulous museums and foundation (like the LVMH foundation in Bois de Boulogne in the spectacular architecture of FRANK GEHRY).

Since I do not come here very often, I have a lot of family to visit and friends to spend time with and the whole 10 days are turning into a very long feast. From my favorite thing to enjoy: pâtes, all cheeses, delicate appetizers with beautiful organic vegetables and greens, sole meunière (still a long time favorite), always accompanied with lovely wine, it is definitely the most wonderful time of the year.

I will keep you updated on a great list of restaurants that are "A Must" in a few days.

With Love and Appetite!
